I have been doing better than ever in my adult life, but it is definitely not second nature yet! I am glad that you were able to do your workout.Amanda Villagómezhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02119297811490732509noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4068319742935364044.post-23103358706709923702011-03-04T14:31:41.360-08:002011-03-04T14:31:41.360-08:00Wanda,

The secret is getting the balance right. That way the levels of guilt are kept at a more reasonable level. They dont disappear -we just manage them better. I liked the focus on the internal voice in your writing.

AlanAlan j Wrighthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06077195459186935005noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4068319742935364044.post-62718261485767055692011-03-04T09:53:14.969-08:002011-03-04T09:53:14.969-08:00Ack!! I laughed when I read the section about how you know all the good reasons for exercise and can extol the benefits for anyone who will listen. I can do the same, but unlike my SIL who thinks going out for a run is a good time (and she looks forward to it), I am a reluctant exerciser. I'd much rather sit and sew a seam. Or a field of flowers. Or surf the web. Yes, like you, I do the exercise, but it's not a natural impulse.

love this post!
Elizabeth E.
http://peninkpaper.blogspot.comLetterpresshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13983311236791267553noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4068319742935364044.post-81227972192001940542011-03-04T09:18:21.699-08:002011-03-04T09:18:21.699-08:00Dear Wanda,

I can imagine that most of us reading your post can relate to it.Terje https://www.blogger.com/profile/13569210226711674834noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4068319742935364044.post-56734081371358096242011-03-04T07:09:01.932-08:002011-03-04T07:09:01.932-08:00I wrote about running today too.
